Call for water heater service
The phone is the only contact method, and for water heater work it is the right one. Most faults can be narrowed down while you are describing them, which means the right parts come to the job.

What to have ready when you call
- What the heater is doing. No hot water at all, runs out quickly, leaking, making noise, or showing an error code.
- Gas or electric. If you are not sure, a gas unit has a flue pipe out of the top and a burner underneath; an electric unit has a conduit and access panels on the side.
- Roughly how old it is. Often on a label on the side, and it changes whether repair or replacement is the sensible route.
- Any error code shown on the display or blinking on the gas valve, plus the model number if you can see it.
- Where it is. Basement, closet, garage or attic, and whether access is tight.
If your water heater is leaking right now
Close the cold water shut-off valve on the pipe feeding the heater, then turn the gas control to off or switch off the breaker. Stopping the water matters more than working out where it is coming from. Then call.
Arranging a visit
Service is scheduled over the phone. Describing the symptom accurately matters more than describing the appliance — “hot for two minutes, then cold” narrows the fault faster than a model number does, and it means the likely parts travel to the job rather than being fetched afterwards.
If the heater sits in a closet, an attic, or behind stored belongings, clearing access before the visit saves time. Mention tight access when you call: some repairs need the unit disconnected and pulled forward before an element panel or burner assembly can be reached, and knowing that in advance changes how the visit is planned.
Tenants and property managers are welcome to call. Work on a rented property needs the owner's authorisation before it goes ahead, so it helps to have that arranged in advance.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for completed work.
